1Who can register for the courses?

 Our courses are designed for non-Arabic speakers of all ages:
 🔹 Arabic Language & Quran: For children and adults, starting from absolute beginner level.
 🔹 Basic Islamic Studies: For children only (ages 6 to 12

2Are lessons explained in English or French?

 Yes. Our teachers speak intermediate French and English, especially to help beginners

3What is the difference between a course and a level?

A course lasts 4–5 weeks and is part of a broader level tied to a specific book.
 The level is only completed when the entire book is finished.
 A student may need multiple courses to complete a level, depending on the number of weekly classes, age, and learning pace

Class Structure and Method

1What is the class duration?
  • Children: 40 minutes
  • Adults: 75 minutes

📌 If Zoom ends the session after 40 minutes, simply click the same link again to rejoin and complete the lesson

2Are lessons private or group-based?

Lessons are private (one-on-one).
 Group classes are available only for siblings or friends of the same level, with a special discounted price

3Are there interactive games for children?

Yes. We offer an optional Interactive Section that includes:
 educational games, competitions, and fun language exercises — available at a discounted rate.
 However, even without it, the lessons remain highly engaging thanks to our cheerful teachers and child-friendly books

4Is the camera required during lessons?

Yes, using the camera enhances interaction and language correction:

  • Both student and teacher are expected to keep their cameras on.
  • Female teachers wear full Islamic hijab, showing only the face and hands.
  • Adult students must maintain modesty and appropriate behavior on camera.
  • For children, parental supervision is recommended in the first few sessions

Payment

1What are the payment methods?
  • Directly through the website via PayPal
  • Or via bank transfer by contacting us on WhatsApp
2Can I get a refund after payment?

No. Payments are non-refundable once registration and scheduling are confirmed

Absences and Make-Up Classes

1What if I miss a class?
  • You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • One (1) make-up class is granted per course.
  • A second class may be granted only in case of an emergency, and for students attending 3 or more times per week.
2When will the make-up class be scheduled?

Make-up classes are held during Week 5, in the same time slots as your regular classes

3What if there’s a technical issue during class?

If you experience any issue (e.g., broken link, audio problem, teacher delay),
 please contact our admin team immediately.
 📌 If no communication is made during the issue, the class will not be rescheduled or refunded.

 Our admin team will then contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the schedule

Lessons start within 3 days after confirming your schedule and completing registration
