The Prophet ﷺ said: “A Muslim is the brother of another Muslim; he does not wrong him, nor forsake him, nor despise him.” (Hadith)

Communication and Feedback

  • We welcome any respectful and constructive feedback or suggestions.
  • Positive communication helps us grow and improve the learning experience for all

Commitment to Schedule

  • Please adhere to the agreed class schedule to ensure consistent progress.
  • In case of absence, notify the administration at least 24 hours in advance

Make-up Policy

  • Each student is entitled to one make-up class during the course.
  • An additional make-up class may be granted only in case of a genuine emergency, and only for students attending three or more sessions per week.
  • The course must be completed within five weeks maximum

Student or Child Supervision

  • For younger children, it is recommended that a parent or guardian be present during the initial sessions.
  • A parent’s presence may also be requested by the teacher when needed

Immediate Contact in Case of Issues

  • If any technical issue arises (e.g., link not working, teacher delay, sound problems), please contact the administration immediately.
  • If no contact is made at the time of the issue, the session will not be eligible for a make-up

Delays

  • If a student is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be marked as missed.
  • If the teacher is late, the lost time will be compensated

Schedule Changes

  • After the course begins, class times may not be changed unless agreed upon by the teacher and only if it does not affect the overall flow of the program.
