It is Allah that we ask for help and it is He who guides us to the straight path. Every student is expected to have read the terms and conditions before registering. It is imperative that every student is aware of the conditions before registering because he will be responsible and will have to comply with them fully upon registration.
No refunds are made after registration and payment of tuition fees.
In case of absence, the student must give notice of their absence at least one day in advance.
Respect the finalized schedule; unexcused absences or delays will not be compensated.
Being late for more than 30 minutes will result in the class being cancelled for that day and will be marked as absent.
If the study has started within the time agreed between the administration and the student, the schedule, the duration of the level cannot be changed, unless the change was appropriate for the teacher. The schedule of scheduled courses cannot be changed once finalized, unless the teacher deems it appropriate or necessary.
If the student accumulates absences that reach half the number of courses in the curriculum, his course will be cancelled. If the student wishes to continue beyond that, he will have to renew his course.
The student is entitled to one make-up day for an absence (the student must notify the administration of his absence 24 hours in advance, before the day of his actual absence).
A student facing a problem or having a remark must submit his concerns to the administrator.
If the teacher arrives late, the time will be calculated and refunded at the end of the session.
If the student is a child, his or her legal guardian must be present with him or her during the lesson.
